Compound two was found to possess potent lethality with LD50 11.2 M, whilst compounds 1, 3, and five? displayed inhibitory activity against Escherichia coli, causing the 10.0, 9.0, 8.0, 8.0, 7.0, and ten.0 mm zones of inhibition, respectively.Mar.
